Central Elgin Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation

Kettle Creek Villa is a two-story 30-unit non-profit seniors housing complex located at 289 Frances Street in the lakeside community of Port Stanley.

The non-profit housing corporation was established in 1980 and is administered by a Board of Directors. 

Applicants must be 60 years of age or 55 with a disability.  To obtain an application, please call our administration office at 519-631-4860 or email your request to:  finance@centralelgin.org

Two-bedroom unit      $747.00
Rent amounts include heat, hydro and water.  Tenants are responsible for cable television and telephone charges.

Rent Geared-to-Income
Applicants may be eligible for Rent Geared-to-Income depending on their income.  Subsidy for Rent Geared-to-Income units is only available for one-bedroom units.
