NOTICE OF SURLUS LANDS AND PROPOSED BY-LAW TO STOP UP, CLOSE AND CONVEY PART OF THE FERNIE STREET ROAD ALLOWANCE KNOWN AS
Parts 1 & 2 of Plan 11R-9843, save and except Parts 1 & 2 Plan 11R-10702
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central Elgin intends to pass a by-law to stop up, close and convey surplus lands known as Parts 1 & 2 of Plan 11R-9843, save and except Parts 1 & 2 Plan 11R-10702. The subject lands were declared surplus by the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central Elgin on February 8, 2021.
AND THAT Parts 1 & 2 of Plan 11R-9843, save and except Parts 1 & 2 Plan 11R-10702 is intended to be conveyed to abutting property owners pursuant to the December 14, 2020 direction of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central Elgin. A copy of the applicable plans are available on the municipal website;
