NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DECLARE SURPLUS LANDS


TAKE NOTICE that on August 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., pursuant to By-law No. 2690 the Sale
& Disposition of Land Policy, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central
Elgin will consider a proposal to declare the following lands surplus to the needs of the
Municipality:

  • Unopened portion of Vimy Ridge Street, legally described as Vimy Ridge St PL 221 Port Stanley, Central Elgin, PIN 35254 0198
