Parks, Playgrounds and Sports Fields

Central Elgin's playgrounds provide fun, inclusive spaces for children of all ages and abilities to play and explore. 

There is one splash pad in Central Elgin - located in Don Yeck Park in Belmont. The splash pad is open 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily over the summer months. 

Central Elgin offers a variety of outdoor courts for tennis and pickleball enthusiasts. Municipal pickleball courts are located at Kokomo Park in Port Stanley, Union Street Park in Belmont, and Eastwood Park. Tennis courts can be found at Union Street Park, Turvey Subdivision Park, and Eastwood Park, as well as Union Park in Union.

Central Elgin offers a variety of outdoor sports facilities, including soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and a disc golf course. Whether you're joining a league, practicing your skills, or enjoying recreational play, these amenities provide opportunities for residents and visitors to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please review and follow the park rules. Central Elgin parks are closed to the public between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Dogs must be leashed at all times.

Enjoy outdoor fitness equipment at Little Creek Park in Port Stanley and Union Street Park in Belmont. These free-to-use exercise stations offer a convenient way to stay active while enjoying the outdoors.
