Facility Rentals
Central Elgin’s parks and sports fields provide the perfect setting for community events, gatherings, sports leagues, tournaments, and special occasions.
Park Pavilion Rentals
Park rentals are available for unlicensed events. If you are interested in renting, please fill out the Rental Request application.
A pavilion reservation at one of the Central Elgin parks is $16/hour or $53.50 for a four-hour period (+ 5% capital surcharge and HST).
You must apply for a special event permit if your gathering has more than 250 people, or needs:
- Exclusive use of a space
- Food or Merchandise Vendors
- Tents larger than 10 ft by 10 ft
Sports Fields and Diamonds
The following fees apply for renting of sport fields or diamonds. If you are interested in renting, please fill out the Rental Request application.
