Libraries

The Municipality of Central Elgin is home to two library branches, located in Belmont and Port Stanley, and operated through Elgin County Library. Both libraries offer a wide variety of collections, programs, digital resources, and free wireless internet access for visitors.

Programming is offered by library staff as well as community partners and organizations, including the St. Thomas–Elgin EarlyON and VON Canada. Be sure to check out the latest newsletter for upcoming programs and activities happening this month.

Whether you’re looking for your next great read, family programming, access to technology, or a welcoming place to gather, Central Elgin’s libraries have something for everyone.
