No Lifeguards on Duty Thursday, July 16 – Port Stanley Main Beach
Due to the Orange Air Quality Warning issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada, lifeguards are not on duty today at Port Stanley Main Beach.
Wildfire smoke is causing poor air quality and reduced visibility across southwestern Ontario, including Elgin County. Conditions are expected to continue throughout the day and may persist through the week.
Please consider limiting prolonged outdoor activities, especially if you are experiencing symptoms or are more vulnerable to the effects of poor air quality. Stay informed by monitoring local air quality updates.
