Notice Regarding Noise Exemption

St. Thomas Dragway

NOTICE is hereby given that Council of the Municipality of Central Elgin has granted an exemption to By-law No. 212, being a By-law to control noise in the Municipality of Central Elgin, to the St. Thomas Dragway located at 45633 Sparta Line, St. Thomas.

The main purpose is to allow for two (2) concert events to be held on the property between 7:00 and 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 and Saturday July 13, 2024. These events will include the use of speakers for amplified sound.
