Temporary Road Closure

To facilitate the safe transport of an oversized passenger boat from St. Thomas to Port Stanley, the Municipality of Central Elgin will implement temporary parking restrictions and a temporary road closure on Main Street on Tuesday, May 27.

Parking Restriction

Street parking will be temporarily prohibited on the east side of Main Street beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, continuing until the early afternoon. Temporary "No Parking" signs will be installed on Monday, May 26 to notify the public in advance.

Temporary Road Closure

Main Street will be temporarily closed to all traffic during the transport.
