NOTICE is hereby given that Council of the Municipality of Central Elgin has granted an exemption to By-law No. 212, being a By-law to control noise in the Municipality of Central Elgin to complete a 24 hour dredging project, that will be taking place between July 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024.

TAKE NOTICE that The Municipality of Central Elgin, St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada, hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.

The Municipality of Central Elgin (Central Elgin) is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) Study for sanitary (wastewater) servicing in the East Side Development Area (ESDA). The ESDA consists of employment area land located within Central Elgin to the east of the City of St.
