Planning Services helps guide the growth and development of Central Elgin by managing land use planning and implementing the Municipality’s Official Plan and development policies. The department reviews planning applications, provides guidance on zoning and development requirements, and works with residents, property owners, developers, and Council to support responsible growth and vibrant communities.

Heritage Design Guidelines
