Great news for Central Elgin!
The Municipality of Central Elgin will receive $9,307,500 in provincial funding to support flood mitigation efforts in Port Stanley.
This funding comes from the Province of Ontario's Municipal Housing Infrastructure Program’s Health and Safety Water Stream.
Mayor Andrew Sloan says:
"This funding will allow us to implement flood mitigation measures in Port Stanley that will protect our residents, businesses, and community assets. We appreciate Minister Flack’s continued support of Central Elgin."
