Road Resurfacing - Lynhurst Community

Duration: Monday, July 11th at 7am - Friday, July 29th

Del-Ko Paving and Construction Ltd. will be on site to start work on the following streets as part of our Summer Road Resurfacing Program:

During the scheduled work, all vehicles, equipment, items stored within the roadway will need to be moved clear of the roadway and not overhang any driveways.

The Contractor will place a “Road Closed – Local Traffic Only” sign during construction and “Road Closed” during active paving.

Homeowners are asked to park on adjacent streets during the paving (By-law will be notified so overnight parking will be permitted without the need for a permit.) Homeowners are asked to move all vehicles prior to 7am the day paving is scheduled and are requested not to drive on fresh asphalt until the crew reopens the roadway the following morning (24 hours). During this time, access to your driveway will be blocked and will not be accessible.

Should you have any mobility or accessibility issues please contact the Municipality as soon as possible and prior to July 15th for arrangements. The Municipality will notify EMS of the construction and alternative arrangements will be made during the active construction.

Please be mindful of trucks backing up, hot asphalt, asphalt paving equipment, and rollers which are required to complete the work.
