Notice Regarding Noise Exemption
Regarding Harbour Dredging
NOTICE is hereby given that Council of the Municipality of Central Elgin has granted an exemption to By-law No. 212, being a By-law to control noise in the Municipality of Central Elgin to complete a 24 hour dredging project, that will be taking place between July 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024.
CENTRAL ELGIN - March 28, 2023, Mayor Sloan and the Council of the Municipality of Central Elgin are pleased to announce that the Municipality has retained Wendell Graves to step in for an interim period while the process unfolds to recruit a new Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk.

TAKE NOTICE that The Municipality of Central Elgin, St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada, hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.
