TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Central Elgin intends to designate the above noted property as a property of cultural heritage value or interest pursuant to section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.
TAKE NOTICE that an appeal was filed by Erika Cheeseman regarding a Potentially Dangerous Dog Designation by the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer of Moose, a Dane-Mastiff, pursuant to Municipality of Central Elgin By-law No. 0456.
Council is currently in the process of adopting the 2023 Budget.
The proposed budget has been developed with a commitment to ensuring the municipality can continue to maintain existing levels of service to our community while minimizing the impact of tax increases on residents and businesses.
