Beginning July 1, 2023, your blue box recycling program will be managed by Circular Materials. This transition will result in no change to the materials you can recycle or your current recycling schedule. Collection days in Central Elgin are 4 days a week.  This assists residents by providing greater consistency when holidays occur, as well as employees by allowing for a full work day to complete vehicle maintenance.
